Phil Gould has told The Sportress he’s excited to complain about a whole new rule in 2020.

Renowned for his views of refereeing decisions and their associated rules, Phil ‘Gus’ Gould said “it’s rare you get a whole new subjective rule that you can complain about.”

“Commentating is hard. But this new captain’s challenge rule will mean I don’t even have to have a consistent position.”

“Just wind me up whenever it’s used. I’ve got a rant for it already!”
