The Canberra Raiders are understood to have approached the NRL to use their first captain’s challenge for 2020 on the 2019 grand final.

“We’re still working out how this will all work, but Toots will be asking the league if they can have another look at whether six again was called” a spokesperson for the Raiders told the Sportress.

It’s understood the Raiders are not hopeful of anything changing but are pretty keen the Head of Referees, Graham Annesley, is made to watch Ben Cummins arm wave back and forth repeatedly.

“I mean he won’t do anything. I just want the prick to have to watch it again”.
