Australia Rugby League Commissioner Peter V’Landys has vowed to continue the season despite the Queensland government shutting its borders, and he reckons the best place to do it is under the sea.

“The seaweed is always greener in somebody else’s lake. You dream about going up there (Queensland) but that is a big mistake” the acommissioner told The Sportress. “A lobster told me that.”

“We’re not giving up on this season. I think rugby league will he better down where it’s wetter. Take it from me.”
