BREAKING: A local man has confirmed that he is pretty stoked there is footy this evening.

“I’m pretty stoked aye”, said John to The Sportress. “There’s not much on except for the WBBL, so I’m pretty happy that there will be some footy this weekend. Hopefully the Kiwis push the Roos.”

“Don’t mind the haka either.”

John also confirmed he was keen to see how Tonga went on the weekend.

“Tonga are heaps fun. Hopefully they stick it right up the Poms.”

When asked if he was interested in the Rugby World Cup, John replied “what? Nah not for me mate.”
