Folks, it’s 2026 and we need to chat.

And by chat I mean obviously I want your inspiration. Call it Sportress Reddit – an AMA (ask me anything, for those of you not terminally online). It can be football-related, blog-related, cricket-related, or what you should eat for dinner tonight (a Frankenstein version of pasta alla amatriciana is my ‘I’ll just work it out’ on the fly). You’ve got questions, I’ve got answers. They may not be right, but that’s not really why we’re here, is it?

Thanks to reader Kathy S for putting this in my mind. She’s asked for readers to send in suggestions for rule changes. Her proposed change is that each team is allowed one tackle by a trainer per game. Her question, and my response, will lead the mailbag, and I’ll make sure that if you’ve got a suggested rule change, I’ll have a view – serious or not.
