Aaayyyyyy we have a Borthwick smokescreen. Tommaya Kelly-Sines after an unremarkable couple of weeks has dropped to reserves, Grace Kemp is starting and Amelia Pasikala moves to the bench and will make her debut in the green tomorrow.

The Sportress team is screaming, crying, throwing up at this news. This was the biggest signing we made in the offseason and it’s been a mystery why she hadn’t gotten her opportunity sooner. While this is her second season in NRLW, the fact that she went from debut to the Kiwi Ferns shows her potential. She has been playing for Mounties in the Harvey Norman Premiership the last couple of weeks so it wasn’t a concern about injury.

Grace has been playing big minutes (51 last week, 53 minutes against the Broncos) and Sophie Holyman played a full 70 minutes against the Cowboys. If these girls can put in the big shift, Pasikala should be able to come off the bench and cause some trouble against her old club.
